At The Healing House in Brea, we recently hosted a cozy morning of connection, breath, and mindful movement during our Mommy & Me Gentle Yoga class — a heart-centered gathering for mamas and their little ones. Led by Madison (@mwellnessyoga) and Iris (@irischerng), the class offered a space to stretch, breathe, and reset, with babies from newborn to age two right by their sides.

The morning flowed with gentle yoga, tea from our self-care lounge, and meaningful conversations with other moms. The room was filled with laughter, warmth, and the soft sound of baby giggles — a true reflection of what it means to nurture both self and child.
We’re so grateful to the moms who joined us and shared this mindful moment in community. These gatherings remind us that self-care in motherhood doesn’t have to be separate from caring for your baby — sometimes, it’s as simple as breathing together on the mat.
