Sacred Sound Bath | Sound Healing
Description
Sacred Sound Bath | Sound Healing
A restorative sound healing experience designed to support nervous-system regulation, release stored tension, and invite deep rest.
Participants are comfortably supported while layered frequencies and vibrations move through the body, helping the mind soften and the body shift into a more receptive, regulated state. Each session unfolds slowly and intentionally, allowing space for stillness, integration, and gentle recalibration.
This offering is ideal for those seeking rest without effort — a place to simply lie down, breathe, and receive.
You may experience deep relaxation, subtle energetic shifts, emotional release, warmth or coolness in the body, visual imagery, or a lingering sense of calm that continues after the session ends. Experiences vary, and there is no “right” way to feel.

Meet Your Facilitator

Iris is a sound practitioner whose relationship with sound began through music at a young age, where she became attuned to how rhythm and vibration can shift emotion and energy. Over time, this evolved into a devotion to holding sacred, intentional spaces where others can soften, rest, and reconnect.
With a background in guiding yoga, breathwork, meditation, Reiki, and roots in Eastern healing traditions — Iris approaches sound healing with presence and care. Her sessions are spacious and grounding, designed to support nervous-system regulation and invite deep rest, allowing participants to simply arrive, listen, and receive.
