A gentle, one-on-one 60-minute virtual prenatal yoga session designed to support your body, breath, nervous system, and connection with your baby throughout pregnancy.
Breathe + Bloom is a private, personalized offering created to meet you exactly where you are in this season. Each session is thoughtfully guided based on your trimester, energy level, and individual needs — offering space to move slowly, breathe deeply, and turn inward.
This is not about performance or pushing. It’s about listening, softening, and honoring your changing body, while creating intentional moments of connection with your baby.
Sessions may include gentle movement for relief, supportive breathwork, rest, and guided moments of bonding — always led with care, flexibility, and respect for your body’s cues.

Nurtured Path — 4-Session Series
Designed for ongoing, consistent support through a season of pregnancy. -
Full Bloom — 8-Session Series
A deeper commitment to nurturing your body, nervous system, and connection with baby over time.
Multi-session packages are intended to be used gradually throughout pregnancy, allowing space for continuity, trust, and evolving support as your body and needs change.
Meet Your Facilitator
Iris Cherng is a prenatal yoga facilitator, space-holder, and mother. Her approach is informed by both professional training and lived experience, including her own unmedicated home birth — grounding her work in deep respect for the many ways pregnancy and birth can unfold.
Her sessions are also influenced by her background in Reiki, sound, meditation, and holistic-based healing, supporting a gentle, nervous-system–aware approach that honors rest, intuition, and connection.
