Somatic Reset | Breathwork Activation
Description
Somatic Reset | Breathwork Activation
A private, one-on-one 60-minute virtual breathwork session designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and embodied restoration.
Somatic Breath Reset is a personalized offering created to meet you exactly where you are. Each session is thoughtfully guided based on your current state, stress patterns, and intentions — offering space to slow down, breathe intentionally, and reconnect with your body.
This is not about forcing release or pushing past your limits. It’s about listening, softening, and cultivating a sense of safety within the nervous system so regulation and clarity can unfold naturally.
Sessions may include grounding breath practices, gentle somatic cues, guided rest, and moments of reflection — always led with care, flexibility, and respect for your body’s signals.
Session Options
-
Gentle Start — 1 Session
A single private breathwork session to begin your journey or receive focused, restorative support. -
Steady Return — 4-Session Series
Designed for consistent nervous system regulation and integration over time. Ideal for creating rhythm, grounding, and ongoing support through a season of life. -
Deep Restore — 8-Session Series

Breathwork is most supportive when practiced consistently. Multi-session series are offered for those seeking deeper regulation and integration over time, allowing space for continuity, trust, and evolving support as your body and needs change.
Meet Your Facilitator
