There’s something deeply powerful about gathering with intention — especially when it’s rooted in care, culture, and community.
We’re so grateful to have been part of the 3rd Annual Entwine Wellness Retreat at the Stonehurst in Los Angeles, hosted by Entwine Community, a nonprofit providing low-fee mental health counseling and support services for Asian American and multicultural communities. The day felt like a true meeting of hearts — gentle, grounded, and full of presence.

Holding Space, Together
We spent the day hosting our Aromatherapy Gua Sha Bar, sharing moments of care, conversation, and connection with everyone who stopped by. Each interaction felt like a reminder that healing doesn’t always need to be complicated — sometimes it’s a pause, a breath, a few intentional minutes where someone feels seen and supported.
There was a quiet sense of collective care moving through the space. A feeling of tending — not fixing. Of being with one another, exactly as we are.

A Family Offering of Care
This gathering felt especially meaningful because it was shared as a family.
Dr. Tina Hou offered aromatherapy gua sha sessions with such presence and depth, weaving together touch, scent, and intention. Lotus Bloom was the sweetest assistant — moving through the space with curiosity, joy, and openness (true generational healing energy).
Iris and Calvin shared meditative sound baths in the bamboo garden, allowing sound to ripple through the space and invite stillness, rest, and release.
There’s something tender about offering healing as a family — about letting care move across generations, not just individuals.

Generational Healing, Felt and Lived
The energy of the day felt layered — honoring ancestors, present selves, and future generations all at once. It was a reminder that community healing isn’t abstract. It’s embodied. It’s relational. It happens when people gather with intention and trust.
Entwine’s work continues to inspire us — their commitment to accessible, culturally attuned mental health support is vital, and we’re honored to have shared space with their community.

With Gratitude
To everyone who stopped by, shared a moment, received care, or simply rested with us — thank you. These gatherings remind us why community matters, why presence matters, and why healing is always more powerful when it’s shared.
We’re holding this day close, and carrying its energy forward.
