A private nervous-system reset designed to help you soften, regulate, and come home to yourself.

Rest & Receive is a 1:1 guided healing session created for those who feel depleted, overstimulated, or simply ready to slow down. This offering is less about doing — and more about allowing. A space to be held, supported, and gently guided back into balance.

Each session weaves together intuitive healing modalities tailored to your body, energy, and current season of life. Whether you’re navigating stress, transition, burnout, postpartum changes, or emotional heaviness, this session meets you exactly where you are.

Your First Session

Your first Rest & Receive session includes an opening mini reading of your Human Design and Chinese elemental zodiac. This reflection offers insight into how your energy naturally operates, how you tend to process stress, and what supports deeper rest and regulation for you. It's a gentle lens to help personalize your healing work and support your nervous system more intentionally throughout the session.

Format: 1:1 Private Session

In-Person Sessions | Southern California & Las Vegas

  • First Session: 75 minutes

  • Returning Sessions: 60 minutes

Virtual Sessions | Join virtually from anywhere

  • First Session: 60 minutes

  • Returning Sessions: 45 minutes

You’ll leave with simple integration cues so your body can continue to receive beyond the session.


Before your first session:
To prepare your Human Design and Chinese elemental zodiac mini reading, you’ll be asked to share your birth date, time, and place when booking or prior to your session.

If you don’t know your birth time (or all of the details), that’s completely okay — we’ll work with what’s available, or focus solely on the healing portion of the session.


Meet Your Facilitator

Iris Cherng is a Reiki Level II practitioner with over a decade of personal healing experience and a lifelong foundation in holistic care. Raised in a family of Chinese medicine doctors, her approach is deeply influenced by Eastern healing traditions and nervous-system–aware practices.

Her sessions are rooted in Reiki and supported by breath, sound, and gentle acupressure, creating a calm, intentional space for rest, regulation, and energetic balance.
