As the sun shines brighter and the days grow longer, summer brings warmth, joy, and… new skincare needs! The change in season means it’s time to switch up your routine and embrace ingredients and practices that help your skin glow—naturally.

Whether you're soaking up rays at the beach, hiking your favorite trail, or simply enjoying an iced matcha outside, these seasonal skincare tips will keep your skin healthy, hydrated, and radiant.

1. Hydrate, Inside and Out 💧

Hotter weather and more time outdoors can lead to increased water loss. Combat dehydration with:

  • Plenty of water – aim for at least 8 glasses a day.
